Joining the priority list is not a purchase, does not guarantee inventory or a delivery date, and does not create a payment obligation. We will provide final price, shipping, tax, duty, and delivery information before an order is placed.

When ordering opens, an order is accepted only after payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued. Displayed prices and currency conversions may change before an order is accepted.

We may cancel or refuse an order when a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect, delivery cannot be completed, or legal and regulatory requirements prevent sale in a destination.

The return policy and limited warranty form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
