Nova Carbon is currently accepting priority reservations for the next production release. A reservation saves your preferred configuration; it is not a purchase and no payment is collected.

Before an order is opened, we will confirm stock, the dispatch window, your delivery estimate, and the final total by email.

When orders open, every Nova Carbon order includes tracked delivery. The rollator is supplied assembled for normal setup: unfold the frame, adjust the handle height, and complete the pre-use safety checks in the manual.

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment. The delivery estimate for your address is shown before payment and repeated in the dispatch email.

Planned destinations include Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Availability may vary by region and is subject to applicable product and import requirements.

For delivery outside Canada, local VAT, duties, brokerage, or customs fees may apply. Unless the order page explicitly says those charges are included, they are the buyer's responsibility and are not part of the displayed product price.

We will show the shipping charge and explain whether duties are included before asking for payment. Customs processing can also extend the delivery estimate.
