Nova Carbon
Questions, answered.
Everything you might want to know before bringing a Nova Carbon home.
How much does the Nova Carbon weigh?
Just 4.8 kg (10.6 lb) — roughly a third lighter than a typical aluminum rollator, thanks to its aircraft grade carbon fiber frame. Lifting it into a car or up a step feels genuinely effortless.
Is carbon fiber actually strong enough?
Yes. The same material is used in race cars and aircraft. The Nova Carbon frame is rated to support users up to 150 kg (330 lb) and is backed by a 5 year frame warranty.
How does it fold, and will it stand on its own?
Pull the single strap and it folds to a slim profile in about a second, one handed. Folded, it stands upright by itself, so it won't sprawl across a hallway or topple in the trunk.
Does it come assembled?
Yes — your Nova Carbon arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Unfold it, adjust the handle height, and you're off.
Can I adjust the handle height?
The handles adjust from 78 cm to 94 cm, so it fits most people comfortably. The seat sits at 60 cm.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Absolutely. The 8 inch puncture proof wheels roll smoothly over cobbles, gravel, grass, and thresholds, while the ergonomic loop brakes and parking lock keep you steady on slopes.
What's your return policy and shipping?
Shipping is free, and you have 30 days to try the Nova Carbon at home. If it isn't right for you, send it back free of charge.
Is the Nova Carbon a medical device?
The Nova Carbon is a mobility aid, not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional about the mobility aids best suited to your needs.
