Intended use
The Nova Carbon C1 is intended as a walking aid for a person who can stand and walk with support. It is not a wheelchair and must not be used to transport a seated person.
Ask a qualified healthcare professional whether a rollator is appropriate for your mobility needs and how it should be adjusted.
Before each use
Confirm the frame is fully open and locked, both brakes and parking locks work, the wheels are secure and free of debris, and both handles are locked at the same height.
Do not use the rollator on stairs or escalators. Use extra care on slopes, curbs, wet ground, gravel, and uneven surfaces. Engage both parking locks on level ground before sitting.
Report a safety concern
Stop using the product if the concern affects stability, brakes, wheels, the folding latch, or the frame. Email support@novadermlab.com with the serial number, a description, and clear photos or video.
